    So much misinformation out there it's nice to hear such common sense.
    Keto with Intermittent fasting is the healthiest lifestyle.
    If it comes out of a box then just give it a toss, in the trash bin!

  2. I'm 25 days in, and the weight is beginning to drop away. I'm waking up in the morning very sluggish though. I'm not too worried, it dissipates before long. But I wonder why that is? Otherwise, I feel fantastic, and every time I need energy to do something, it's available to me. Thank you for your inspirational insights on this incredibly important topic, Dr. Berry!! 😀

  3. Hi Dr. BERRY!! LOVE YOUR VIDEOS.. I BEEN ON KETO SINCE FEB 14. AND I FEEL AMAZING.. WANTED TO ASK, YOUR THOUGHTS ON CHILDREN WITH AUTISM AND STARTING THIS? ANY THOUGHTS? MY 9 YR OLD DAUGHTER IS ON THE SPECTRUM AND WAS THINKING OF STARTING HER ON THIS. ELIMINATING SUGAR AND LOW CARB , NOT NECESSARILY HIGH HIGH FAT.. UNLESS ITS GOOD FOR HER.. ANYWAYS I HAVEN'T REALLY FOUND ANY STUDIES ON THIS FOR AUTISTIC CHILDREN. WAS WONDERING IF YOU HAD ANY THOUGHTS OR ADVICE.. AND YES I ASKED HER DOCTOR AND HE GAVE ME NOTHING!!! LOL

  4. Keto has completely changed my LIFE in so many ways. Psoriasis almost totally under control. BP down from 180/95 to 135/75 this morning and off BP meds for the first time in over 15 years! Cholesterol down from 7.9 to 4.5 and off medication for 2 months now. 13kg gone with no other change to life.. Just Keto <3

I use honey in my coffee…2 cups a day… and I prefer to follow what my KJBible says about honey… Proverbs 24:13 My son, eat thou honey, because it is good; and the honeycomb, which is sweet to thy taste: 14 So shall the knowledge of wisdom be unto thy soul: when thou hast found it, then there shall be a reward, and thy expectation shall not be cut off.

  6. Dear Doctor Berry, thank you again for another excellent video sir. I had forgotten how much I had thrown away or given to neighbors. I had almost everything you mentioned to be thrown away. That was November and now I'm down 50 pounds, with excellent mental clarity on the KETO lifestyle which MAKES SENSE. My doctor still says that 1000 calories of sugar is just as fattening as 1000 calories of hamburger. (You can't educate the "educated".) Anyway sir I hope your message goes global. Thank you Dr. Berry.

  7. Hi Dr. Berry, I'm a 14-year-old teen who had transitioned from 1 year of Paleo to Keto from December. I didn't need to do it to lose weight but to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Compare to my friends, my skin is so clear, I have more energy and I don't have that crash and moodiness. Your information helped me a lot! Thank you so much for convincing me to go Keto!   9. Im with the last person DrBerry……it is winter time and as with every winter for me comes mood swings along with weight gain ect…sadly!! Lol…i had fallen off the keto train n put on some lbs and look like a blasted walrus at the moment…im getting back into the swing of things and have been binge watching ur videos and gettin ma diet and lifestyle back on track…..im also sharing your information with my dad who was just diaagnosed with abdominal aortic aneuyrsm this week and gonna buy a couple of ur booksn send to him so that he too can have access to the proper information to take backcontrol of his health as well…..he is excited to learn about this way of life and im so excited that we get to encourage one another and do this together!! I truely believe that if he follows ur instructions he will see improvements in his overall healt quickly…both of us will. Gives me hope that i will have my dad around for a long time to come…thanksfor puttin some fire undermy asss again i needed it

  10. Thanks Dr. Berry. I shared this with my sister who is seriously thinking about going Keto. She has Type 2 diabetes and doesn't have a gallbladder. Can you suggest another video of yours that will also be informative and helpful for her to make the transition easier?
