The term build it and it will come is false… BE IT and it will come! My name is Wil aka Hollywood Wil and I have been down, confused, depressed, lost, and didn’t know which way was up. Believe it or not watching Jay and other motivational speakers helped me a great deal. If you are not comfortable enough to talk just start watching videos until you are comfortable enough to talk to someone.

I hope you enjoy not only the videos but my entire Vlog ๐Ÿ™‚

  1. Jay plz do more vids about anxiety and overthinking love ur videos watched them all waiting to see podcasts๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’œ

  2. People change over time. Who you are today is physically a completely different person you were 7 years ago. Our conscious thought, feelings and who we are is going through constant change, whether it be for better or worse.

  3. we all have a story to tell, we all go through something in life, we never really know what the other one is going through… people can change and we should always find compassion in our hearts to understand that everyone is doing their best at their own level of consciousness, we just need to give them an opportunity.

  4. Whatever I am going through, when i do watch his video, I learn to accept everything I am going through in life and cherish the good things surrounding me๐Ÿ™‚โค๏ธ thanks a lot for always keeping me inspired and motivated โค๏ธโค๏ธ

  5. Assumptions are dangerous things to make, and like all dangerous things to make — bombs, for instance, or strawberry shortcake — if you make even the tiniest mistake you can find yourself in terrible trouble. Making assumptions simply means believing things are a certain way with little or no evidence that shows you are correct, and you can see at once how this can lead to terrible trouble. For instance, one morning you might wake up and make the assumption that your bed was in the same place that it always was, even though you would have no real evidence that this was so. But when you got out of your bed, you might discover that it had floated out to sea, and now you would be in terrible trouble all because of the incorrect assumption that you'd made. You can see that it is better not to make too many assumptions, particularly in the morning.

  6. Jay Shetty is the best creator for self-improvement. Jay inspired me so much that I started my own YouTube channel. My channel is also about self-improvement. I would love some support from you guys.

  8. We never really know what someone else has gone through. Great reminder to be compassionate and slow to make judgment. So often we are simply viewing them through the lens of our own pain, experiences and life situation. Thank you for this, Jay. Wishing a happy Thanksgiving to all who celebrate here. โœจโœจโœจโ™ฅ๏ธ

  9. This lesson is true in fact I learned to not trust first second third or even the 100th or more impression a few months ago so I trust the current impression they do because everything in this world changes ex Iโ€™m not like the me 5 years ago which was less open less brave about things and overall viewing the world as a bad place but now Iโ€™m more open more brave and my view of the world is pretty balanced between good and bad and depending on my mood it leans to the good or to the bad but still pretty balanced
