  1. Just discovered Dr Berry, great style. Hey anybody help me out? Been low carb, keto 3 years. Still have a bit of a spare tire. I suspect that if I lower the amounts of added fats I eat like butter and heavy cream and coconut oil, that I could coax my body to burn off that stored fat. That’s contrary to this video and almost every other keto lifestyle person I trust. But aren’t I just running off of my dietary fat? I want to use my stored fat.

  2. If I eat approx 12 ounces of wild salmon cooked in approx 2 TB sp grass fed butter and I no longer feel hungry, and I don't eat again for 20 hours , am I not eating enough because it low calories? I am 68 years old and don't move very much (no exercise)

  3. This is so true , I started keto back in 2017 and literally the fat was melting off, I did every diet under the sun!! None of them worked like Keto does!! Now I just maintain. I Lost 35lbs in 2 months!!! I feel so amazing now

  4. I have always thought my problem was too much meat and fat. Turns out I’m a sugar addict. I eat so many carbs….and I can’t even make it a day without them. The struggle is real. Thank you for the videos.

  5. Great video! I was asked today about whether or not the Keto way of eating, as in eating less veggies and carbs, will cause your body to eat away at muscle tissue. I told them no and to watch this video. Do you have a video that specifically addresses this topic and maybe your research links, that I can direct them to?

  6. Bob Harper formerly of Biggest Loser had a heart attack and he says he and his doctors attribute to doing high fat keto diet and he is now following vegan diet.
    Being very active and having that happen to him is very sad.
    Can extreme exercise contribute to what happened to him ?
    Anyone have concerns being on Keto diet or have any knowledge of why he would make such a statement ?
