The term build it and it will come is false… BE IT and it will come! My name is Wil aka Hollywood Wil and I have been down, confused, depressed, lost, and didn’t know which way was up. Believe it or not watching Jay and other motivational speakers helped me a great deal. If you are not comfortable enough to talk just start watching videos until you are comfortable enough to talk to someone.

I hope you enjoy not only the videos but my entire Vlog 🙂

  1. I don't know if you are going to read this but I just wanted to thank you so so much for helping me everytime I needed it the most. I've been listening to all of your podcasts and watching every single video you made and I honestly cant describe how you changed my life for the better. Thank you Jay!!!

  2. This was beautiful, a really moving message. It reminds me of the lesson of the bamboo tree when it comes to building success. It takes years of care and attention to get the first shoot, but then the growth is extraordinary.

  3. A tree has roots in the soil yet reaches to the sky. It tells us that in order to aspire we need to be grounded and that no matter how high we go it is from our roots that we draw sustenance.

My name is Tanvir Ahmed and I have a dream. My dream is to live in a world where everyone is at their natural best and in which depression doesn’t exist. My goal is to inspire people through my videos and help them improve their lives. I believe each and every one of us has the ability to grow.

It's a tough path to follow, as it is difficult to get recognition online without paid promotion. So, I need your support. Please, if you have a moment, check out one of my recent videos and let me know what you think. Every single view, like, comment, share, subscriber… counts a lot.

Please give this comment a thumbs-up so that other people can see it.

Thanks a million, and I can't wait to read your comments. 😊

  4. We are constantly GROWING and EVOLVING. Embrace CHANGE, embrace LIFE, we are becoming the GREATEST version of ourselves day by day 💕 and it's a BEAUTIFUL process.

  5. "GO THROUGH IT MOVE THROUGH IT AND TRANSFORM THROUGH IT"…I always tell myself to ACKNOWLEDGE and being in accepting of a situation is the only way the next/ BETTER can take place… Thanks for this analogy👍🏾🙏🏾🤗🙃

  6. That's why I'm so into nature and really take my time out there. There's nothing more healing than being in nature. My absolute favorite season is autumn and I love to see winter!
Side note: I broke up with my boyfriend today…. let old leaves fall, it's autumn.
Thank you Jay for sharing this! 💛

  7. One more lesson from trees:
“When you go out into the woods
    and you look at trees,
you see all these different trees.
And some of them are bent,
and some of them are straight,
and some of them are evergreens,
and some of them are whatever.
And you look at the tree and you allow it.
    You appreciate it.
You see why it is the way it is.
You sort of understand that it didn’t get enough light,
and so it turned that way.
And you don’t get all emotional about it.
You just allow it. You appreciate the tree.
The minute you get near humans, you lose all that.
    And you are constantly saying
‘You’re too this, or I’m too this.’
    That judging mind comes in.
And so I practice turning people into trees.
Which means appreciating them just the way they are.”
