The Best BIOTIN Supplements Money can Buy (Hair/Skin/Nails 2019)

I want to have the best hair, skin and nails possible, and so do you. Should you spend hard-earned money on a biotin supplement, or should you get biotin naturally from the food you eat. This is an important question.

Supplement ads will convince you that you need their product or your hair will fall out and your nails will split. But, is that true? Is there any research showing that we need mega-doses of biotin to have the healthiest hair, skin, and nails? Let’s talk about that…

Is bread and fruit really good sources of biotin, as many web-sites will tell you? Do you have to eat all those sugars and starches to get the biotin your body needs? This vid will answer all those questions for you.

  1. Dr Berry you are the BEST!! Can you possibly do a segment on Keto and hair loss? I’ve lost 40lbs since September and feel like I’ve lost A LOT of hair👎🏻 I think I am having some slight regrowth but I’m very anxious about how much hair I’m losing on a daily basis. I’ve been losing hair for about 2 – 3 months. Thank you in advance for any help/ insight you can offer😊

  2. Thank you. Great info Dr !! I've had major hair loss. My Dr changed one of my meds that had a hair loss side effect, trying to keep my stress levels down, lol, and I'm a Keto Diet beginner !! ♡ ♡ ♡ ♡ ♡ ♡ ♡ ♡ ♡ 😘

  3. Awesome video! I like how you always approach things from an ancestral angle. I was still wondering if you were going to do a video on the menstrual cycle on keto? I can not find much information myself, but I hear a lot of other women who are having issues.

  4. Watching you for some time, transition from keto to carni. Your keto advice was eat much greens for minerals. Have you looked into the "problem" of oxalates…check out Dr William Shaw…much love to all!

  5. I thought I had a great biotin source but then it lists soybean oil as a carrier even though it already has argan and coconut oil. bla I can tell you that eating a lot of meat, butter, and eggs I have fuller and better hair. Not so sure about my nails, they've always been awful.

I'm curious about the steroid inhaler QVAR. My asthma came back as an adult and now the doctor wants me to take it monthly. When I started it I seem to have stalled but not gained. When I wasn't taking it I was losing a pound a day. They claim it doesn't affect you like the pills, but I'm not so sure. What do you think? Thanks

  6. Another great informative video. I read and heard that Biotin interferes with thyroid medication – synthroid, that it doesn't let the med do it's job – is this true? Thanks for sharing!
